the food has typically been OK, But we where almost made to feel like we where intruders, someone they had to take care of just so they could get back to what they'd rather be doing, Also No Sign on the front of the Building after being in Business for over 2 yrs. (what does that say about a business) this place has been going down hill in the last year or so! We will never eat here again!!!!!! would rather give my money to someone that will appreciate my business! This place will not appreciate your business unless you are a friend of the owners or staff!

Just went to RedFish Ricks with some friends here in Port St Luce. They told us of the great little Breakfast place to have Sunday Breakfast. They have a very Great Menu Breakfest to choose from. I ended up getting the Chicken Waffles which had the Fried chicken breast and egg the way I wanted it cooked along with cheese and bacon stacked between to Waffles. WOW what a MAN SIZE MEAL, and I eat the whole thing. Every Person in our party sent EMTPY plates back the the kitchen. The wait staff was out of this world, we never had to ask for refills on coffee or anything. All 5 of us ate a GREAT BREAKFAST and total price was under $40 bucks. I will go back many more time just to enjoy a pleasant time with friends in a very PLEASANT BREAKFAST DINNER . PS THE HAVE LUNCH MENU ALSO .

First time here. We shall see. So, while the food was not bad it was not great either. Don't get me wrong they did just fine, we were surprised by my waffles. Eggo waffles left in the toaster just a hair too long. I could have made breakfast at home had I known that. The restaurant was not busy by any means. One other table while we were there. We would not venture out to the Darwin Square area of PSL in order to do breakfast here again. I can probably assure you we will never step foot in their restaurant again. Give them a try.

I went out of my way to stop here based on the reviews and was less than pleased. My opinion of the restaurant is not so much based on the quality of food, which wasn't bad, but on the overall restaurant. The food is average. It's not good, it's not bad, it's just average. I've received better meals at Denny's or Ihop. I chose to go to this restaurant because I usually rather tend to go to an independent place over a chain. The menu is very heavy towards breakfast sandwiches, with only a few choices otherwise for breakfast. I ended up having eggs with sausage, wheat toast, and home fries. It was really something like you'd see at a little diner in the movies. Very simple. As I said, the food wasn't horrible, it was just ok. They could have really touched it up a bit by putting at least some type of seasoning on the home fries. The service was less than adequate. I was almost made to feel like I was an intruder, someone they had to take care of just so they could get back to what they'd rather be doing, which was apparently talking to each other in the kitchen. When I received my coffee it was filled about 2/3 of the way, and no one stopped by to refill it until they saw I was already done with my meal. Not even when I was done with the meal was I even asked if I enjoyed it. I'll be looking for somewhere else to go next time.

I have eaten at Redfish many times when at old location. Very happy to see him in his own place with lots more room! Their menu is good filling fare- nothing fancy but goooood! I love their breakfast especially- everything is outstanding. Alot of breakfast cooks don't understand eggs and overlook them so by the time the food is given to you it's way overlooked; not at redfish. He is a master. Choices abound for belly-filling rib sticking food and if you are nearby it is worth checking out. Interior is so-so but they just moved in. Plus side is a small bar counter with some craft beer on draft! Staff service is excellent and on the spot. Prices are 5-10 dollars per plate- right where they should be IMO Open Sundays now thank you!!!

This place was so fantastic!! We went here after finding it on Yelp with a bunch of good reviews (for breakfast on a Sunday). Everything we tried was seriously great. Don't be swayed by their tiny location - they seriously only have, like, five tables. They took a little while to get it to us and weren't 100% perfect with getting us refills on time, but seriously, the food was super impressive. I had a chicken and waffle sandwich and it was really great - perfectly juicy chicken, awesomely crispy and sweet waffle, perfect amount of syrup, awesomely cooked egg. Boyfriend got "redneck enchiladas" - onions, jalapenos, eggs, cheese and sausage cooked inside a tortilla and covered in sausage gravy. My mom got a breakfast burrito, also wonderfully cooked, and my brother got chicken tenders (great) with french fries (perfect). Really a gem in Port St Lucie!

Amazing food. This place is a real sleeper. You will not be disappointed!! Voted one of the best places in America for gas station food, Redfish Ricks has stepped it up a notch by expanding beyond the gas station in location and menu. Redneck Enchiladas are the best!!
